What is a Lithuanian prediction market?
A prediction market is a platform where participants trade contracts that pay out based on the outcome of real-world events. The price of each contract — between €0.01 and €0.99 — represents the crowd's estimated probability of that outcome happening.
Until now, Lithuanians who wanted to participate had to use international platforms like Kalshi (US) or Polymarket (crypto-based) — neither of which offers markets about Lithuanian elections, the Seimas, LKL basketball, or local economic indicators.
Speju fills that gap. It is the first prediction market designed for Lithuania, with markets denominated in euros, written in Lithuanian, and curated for events that matter locally — from presidential elections to Žalgiris vs. Rytas.
